The Transcendence Group (TTG) is more than a consultancy.
We are a Cape Town-based, Pan-African collective dedicated to rebuilding public trust, unlocking local potential, and delivering strategic transformation across Africa’s institutions, communities, and economies.
Founded by Faiez Jacobs — former Member of Parliament, activist, and systems reformer — TTG works at the intersection of public policy, township revitalisation, digital innovation, and ethical implementation.
We fuse decades of political and grassroots experience with smart governance tools and modern infrastructure know-how — empowering governments, donors, and communities to move from dysfunction to delivery.
Our strength lies in coalition-building:
From local spaza shop owners to legislative sector leaders, from donors to SETAs, from youth mentors to infrastructure engineers — TTG connects the dots that build sustainable impact.

We partner with public institutions and state entities to diagnose delivery failures and implement practical turnaround strategies. Our work spans organisational redesign, performance frameworks, oversight strengthening, and leadership development — enabling municipalities, legislatures, and departments to restore public trust and deliver on their mandates with clarity and accountability.

Our digital team co-develops AI-powered tools, civic tech platforms, and intelligent data systems to help the public sector become more responsive, predictive, and citizen-centred. We build everything from digital twins and tender intelligence engines to localised dashboards that inform real-time service delivery decisions.

We design and implement AI-assisted procurement tools that simplify and automate tender discovery, compliance tracking, and scoring. By enabling government and SMMEs to respond to opportunities faster and smarter, our systems foster inclusive procurement while combating corruption and inefficiency.

We provide end-to-end support for community-led infrastructure projects — from feasibility and CIDB compliance to contractor mobilisation and social facilitation. Our approach emphasises speed, transparency, and local participation, ensuring every build strengthens both physical assets and social capital.
